Happy breastfeeding week! It’s not always as easy as it looks... my journey to breastfeeding started with a lot of pain and it took me a while to get the hang of it but I am glad I stuck with it because it brought me so much joy. I know not everyone is this lucky but I encourage everyone to give it a good try- minimum a week before you decide otherwise. It is a totally different connection you can have with your child and it is empowering to feel how we can feed our babies from our own bodies and see them getting stronger and stronger by the day.
