So I know you’re craving chocolate. When are we not...? Indulge with some Tahini Fudgy Brownies (gluten free, plant-based, low sugar, FUDGY.)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 flax eggs
- 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Mix wet ingredients.
3. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry and combine.
4. Pour batter into a greased pan.
5. Bake 30 minutes at 400 F.
6. Top with tahini and chocolate chips and bake 10 more minutes.
7. Optional: top with more tahini or chocolate chips if you’re feeling extra like me.✨
