Yesterday I was asking Arlo if he knew I had a life before him. “How?” Well, I said, I was one a little kid like you and then I grew and grew and met Dad and lived far away and then moved here and had you! Ya know, the long story short version. He paused, I could see his wheels turning and then he said “that’s a lot to learn” and walked away 😂 I love the deep way he thinks. He turned three in September and it never made it to the gram. Here’s our boy, blowing out his birthday pancake candles, bursting with thought and passion and big feelings.
