Viparita Virabhadrasana (reverse warrior) 🧘🏽‍♀️✨ Named after the Hindu warrior, Virabhadra, an incarnation of the Lord Shiva, Reverse Warrior pose stands for resilience and dispelling of negative energies. One of my favorite asanas reminding me to gracefully step and ground into my power and strength and dispel of anything/everything no longer serving me.
