Updated HHN house ranking! Now that we are many weeks into the @horrornightsorl I think I have my final house rankings!! 1. Insidious. Thishouse is truly the best. It’s FULL of jump scares and every time I went in it it felt like a brand new experience. 10/10 on the scare chart. 2. Slaughter Sinema 2. This is campy, fun, and original. Scares are moderate but what it lacks in jumps it makes up for in memorable characters and scenery. 3. Goblin Feast. This is giving me everything I want from a house. It’s giving fantasy cottage core meets goblins and trolls who want to eat you for thanksgiving. It has great set pieces, fun characters, and is weirdly adorable. 4. Ghostbusters Frozen Empire. This is SO CUTE! It gives you all the nostalgia plus tons of tiny stay puft marshmallow that steak the show. It does have some great jump scare moments and characters who come in all shapes and sizes.. and I mean.. they have slimer! 5. Monstrous the monster of Latin America. Talk about cool animatronics! One of the most memorable ones is found in this one and it really is impressive. 6. Major Sweets Candy factory. This one seems to be at the bottom for a lot of people but I enjoyed every walk through I had. There are interactive elements to this one that not many people seem to know about. 7. A quiet place. I had one great walk through and then the rest were meh. The monster animatronics are cool but once you have walked through it once it loses its appeal. I was excited to see what they would do with this but as it turns out nothing new or exciting happened here. I was left wanting more 8. Eternal bloodlines. I wanted this how to be great I really did.. but it honestly felt like they didn’t have enough actors or something. Almost every walk through I had there were massive sections where I didn’t see a single scare actor or anything. It often felt like I was just doing a walk through of a set. 9. Museum of deadly exhibits. Decent jump scares but didn’t enjoy the set or storyline 10. Triplets of Terror. Big pass for me. Boring. Same characters over and over. Weird smell. Not a good storyline.
