Following scents 👃 Taken a few weeks ago during the frosty mornings, When i found this stag it was still quite dark out so i waited for the sun to rise. During this time all he was doing was eating. He didn't want to look up at me, there were a few times he did but as soon as i brought the camera up to my eye he'd look back down at the grass! Now that's cool and all but not the pictures i was after 😅 Eventually he decided to wander off and head to the tree's, I had hoped he would raise his head but unfortunately he was too busy looking for the perfect piece of grass to feast upon. Admittedly i didn't plan to get this image. Sometimes i fire a short burst of images and hope the deer does something interesting. Or failing that i do it just so i actually have an image. It's better then no image at all i guess 🤷‍♂️
