SMOOOOTHIES! The ultimate breakfast. You can literally add anything to these beauts. They are the best way to get your nutritional needs all in one and still tastes amazing!! And my lil green beauty has it alllll!! Hidden veggies (great for kids) sweet melon, creamy AVO and immunity boosting mushroom powder. Essential vitamins and minerals, healthy fats, satisfying lil bundle of yummm. Welcome to your new favey brekky!! LETS BLEND!
INGREDIENTS- serves 1
- 1 1/2 bananas, frozen
- 1/2 cup honey dew melon, fresh, diced
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 cup cauliflower, frozen
- 1/2 cup plant based yogurt
- 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup mango, frozen
- 1 scoop mushroom immunity powder ( @bareorganicssuperfoods )
- 1/2 cup plant milk
TOPPINGS-
- coconut, shredded
- hemp seeds
- grapes
- cantaloupe
- sunflower seeds
TO MAKE-
1. Chill a bowl in the freezer ready for serving ** this keeps the smoothie from melting when serving or eating.
2. Chop your grapes and cantaloupe ready for serving.
3. In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients and blend until silky smooth.
4. Remove your bowl from the freezer, spoon in your smoothie and top with all those yummy toppings!!!
