Tonight, I say goodbye to the greatest honor of my life — serving as Miss New York. This year has changed me in ways I never imagined. I’ve held the hands of children who reminded me why literacy matters. I’ve stood in rooms where my voice carried weight — not because of a crown, but because of the heart behind it. And I’ve felt, every single day, the responsibility and the joy of representing this beautiful, resilient state. Being Miss New York has never been about perfection — it’s been about purpose. About showing up with courage, compassion, and the belief that one person can make a difference. I hope I’ve done that. To every person who lifted me, believed in me, and shared this journey — thank you. Your love has carried me. And to the next Miss New York: lead with your whole heart. This role is so special.
