Shinrin-yoku experience in the City. We brought the forest from the UK to the middle of New York City. Co-creating harmony with the nature through cello and piano improvisation. Shinrin-yoku (English: forest bathing) is a Japanese ritual where you immerse yourself in deep nature and connect with the nature spirits and ourselves. It’s a beautiful practice to harmonize with the nature within us and finding our own rhythm, while creating harmony with our environment and everyone around us.
