Got back home to Los Angeles last night and this morning I was reflecting on the wild ride the past month has been! My heart is wide open, my body is tired, my mind is mostly present. The journey started in Yorkshire, UK filming a TV show that airs in February 😅😁💋it was incredible and also extremely intense I learned so much (sorry can’t say much more about it now) then came straight to Mykonos, Greece to lead a retreat based on my Somatic Activated Healing Method, the group was truly legendary!!! SOUL MUCH HEALING TOOK PLACE ❤️‍🔥🔑🕉I’m beyond grateful and in total awe of how my life is unfolding. Thank you Karma. Thank you Buddha. Thank you Celestial Beings. Thank you to all my teachers, and of course thank YOU to all the challenging people for showing me the way back to my body and heart.
