Funded by #NoKidHungry and our incredible donors, we were able to support a "porch visits" pilot program in rural Virginia that paired meal deliveries with home visits as a way to better understand and address the challenges that families all over are experiencing - from economic insecurity, to food insecurity and more. Major success was seen with this program with nearly 70 families that had one Porch Visitor that is there to listen to the family, identify their needs, and provide assistance and support. We are so grateful to see success with this program and hope to continue to residents and families all over the U.S.!
