Here is a video of how I make my spaghetti bolognese. Sorry guys, I love cooking on a whim so I don’t set anything up. 😆 No nice lighting or photogenic food angles. Mama ain’t got time for that!!! Effort na to. 😂But I promise it turned out deeeliciousss. Hopefully you enjoy the video anyway! 😜 My non recipe - recipe is something like this: *2kg ground beef (can also make 1/4th of it ground pork to add more depth to the flavors) *2 cups each of minced carrot and celery *1 cup white onion * 2 cloves garlic *a lot of Italian herb seasoning marjoram, oregano. *1 large can tomato purée *a large dallop of tomato paste *about 4 anchovies *2-3 cups of red wine *bay leaves *evoo *a cube of butter Yes, I really use a lot of celery and carrots! It pretty much dissolves into the sauce after a while. A good way to sneak veggies into your kids meal. 😉 Sauté, then let simmer simmer simmer on low for at least 1-2 hours. The longer the better though. Taste it and make tancha tancha nalang along the way. 😄 Yes this makes a big batch! I love leftover bolognese. Tastes better the next day plus you can freeze it in batches. Also, I cooked this back when white onions weren’t a rare commodity. Should have made a larger batch to save. 😅 Ughhh craving this again!
