National Gin & Tonic Day Vibes. My dear friend @billyray19 recently gave me a bottle Wilde Irish Gin which low key blew me away. The Irish Female Distilled Gin, named after Oscar Wilde! While the bottle is purple the gin is clear & free of unnecessary additives 😎. For this G&T I used a Beetroot & Ginger shrub created from a recent trip to the farmers market 👨🏻‍🌾. FARM CHARM G&T 2 oz @wildeirishgin 1 oz Beetroot & Ginger shrub 4 oz @fevertreemixers Tonic Dill Garnish Love the way this drinks, clean with fun (root )vegetal & herbaceous notes.
