Decluttered one of the cabinets in our entry table today. This was such a messy cabinet for us. I think part of the problem was that I was originally using it for some of the extra kids’ toys we had in our living room and then stuff just kept getting shoved in there anytime we needed to clean up the living room quickly. So it was a mixture of kids’ toys, hats, gloves, and honestly a lot of trash like instructions for games, random crafts, and broken things. I was able to get rid of a lot in here that just needed to be tossed! And a few things are moving over to a different cabinet. I’ve decided I want to change up how we are storing our toys for the girls. My goal is to get most of their toys to always be in their rooms instead of the living room. We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse so we don’t have a playroom and our living room is also our entry way where people come into our home. I really want to make the living room less of our playroom like it’s been over the last few years. I want to only keep a few things down here for the girls- board games, books, magnetic tile race car track, and legos that we can enjoy together down here. So I want to change what I’m storing in our entry table and the TV stand and I started with this cabinet. I needed a spot to put my Bible study supplies and this cabinet is perfect for that! Same with the supplies to do the girls’ hair every morning. We usually do that in the living room so it makes sense to keep all of our supplies in here. And I love that we can keep some of our most used board games in here now. I moved those over from the TV stand. #declutter #decluttering #declutteringtips #declutterwithme #cleanwithme #organizewithme #cleaningmotivation #declutteredhome #entrytable #boardgames #momcleaning #declutteredhome #livingroomdeclutter #declutteringformentalhealth #momlife #organizedhome
