I am officially Mat Pilates Certified! 🥳💪🏽💕 What an incredible experience to walk this journey with @babymommafit @mimiyogastudio and 30 other incredible women whom all brought their unique energy, dedication, and strength (and they’re like, really strong 🥵😮‍💨). The friendships and support we’ve built are something I’ll cherish forever 🥹. I am so proud to have been part of @mimiyogastudio 1st Yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ Teacher Training group, so when I heard they were now offering a Pilates Teacher Training, it seemed only fitting to be part of the inaugural group as well. And what a treat it’s been!
