Kara Lynn (@sea.kara.explore) is a conservationist and photographer that wants to show why oceans and natural habitats are worth protecting, “I love to capture moments in time that illustrate the beauty and essence of our planet and why it should be protected because people protect what they love.” Kara’s advice for the Sony Alpha Female community is, “don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Keep on experimenting with different things because photography is a constant learning process, and sometimes the best images are happy mistakes.” And she wants you never to forget to “be true to yourself and dare to be different. Everyone has their own unique style, which is what makes photography so amazing. It's easy to get caught up in photography trends and lose yourself. When you find something that sets your soul on fire, keep doing more of it, and your passion will shine through your work.” Kara's last words to leave with all Alpha females at any stage of their journey is, “Time is something we don't get more of, so spend it wisely - be kind, inspire others, and you too will find happiness.”
