WE GOT A NEW TOY!!!! Every day we scoop tubs and tubs and tubs of 5 different cookie doughs. Each one is carefully scooped by hand and weighed and rolled into a perfect little ball. I am old school and I always want to teach our bakers how to work quickly and efficiently and I love when we skip machines and do things by hand. (I also walked uphill to and from school in the snow lol.) However after about five minutes of scooping there’s really not a lot to learn or gain other carpel.
