Speechless over this dessert by @alicedouay 💜 Tasted just as incredible as it looks. Pistachio mousse like an entremet with black mission fig jam, over genoise cake. Finished with caramelized pistachios, fresh figs, and pistachios tuiles. Fig leaf ice-cream.
