i have my soc master’s degree!!!! the first gomez in my family to get an MA! i feel so loved by my friends and family. so grateful for my time here. what a gift it was to spend the last four years at ucsb :’) the night before graduation i had a little sunset picnic at devs with my amazing friends and we talked about all of our favorite memories together. my heart felt and still feels so full. yesterday my whole family came to see me walk - something i haven’t done since middle school promotion!! my dad surprised me & snuck back to bring me a stole and walk with me part of the way. nikki and sienna handmade the most beautiful leis. jacob got me water and a banana during the ceremony. jenna took a million grad pics and helped me coordinate everything. my mom, caden, mia, jason & kiana screamed so loud when i walked. i wish i could freeze this moment in time :’) there have been so many ups and downs over these last four years, and i’m so so happy this moment feels this sweet. thank you to everyone who made my time here so special 🤍
