The things people say never cease to amaze [email protected] gets real about the journey... Thirteen years ago when I started doing hair the industry was much different. Most stylists (including me) offered every service imaginable. Being a “specialist” was reserved for fancy salons in big cities. If I had an Instagram back then it would have been Jordans.one.stop.shop 🤣 I was busting out fades, perms, make up, up styles, and even waxing. Fun fact- I do a pretty mean ear wax, just saying. 🤷‍♀️ Because of this, my clientele was VERY diverse. The only thing my clients had in common with one another was the fact they all had hair, and me. Learning how to manage different personalities was so hard for young Jordan but I so appreciate that time looking back. It broadened my skill set, made me a better communicator, and the service provider I am today. I’m sure we could all write a book about the crazy things clients have said to us, these are some of my most memorable! What’s the craziest thing a client has ever said to you?
