Visiting a Japanese Wagyu farm in Kagoshima was truly a special experience. Here is some behind-the-scene from a short documentary we are creating and premiering next month. Learning more about the cows and farmers made me appreciate Wagyu more. The farmer whom we interviewed started at the age of 22 and he’s been dedicating his life (over 50 years) to raising happy cows. The farmer told us how he is committed to raising the best cows and proud to hand off the baton along to eventually chefs in America. This level of dedication to craftsmanship was honestly so moving. I have a completely renewed appreciation 🥹 @wagyuofjapan
