Very excited to start work on our new condo! We have a big project ahead of us but it’s always been a dream to restore a mid century home and this one hits all the marks. Ground was first broken for these in 1958. This was the first modern townhome group in Palm Desert. Designed by architect William Krisel, the landscaping, grounds and central pool are all absolutely spectacular. And the start of the Paseo shopping district is literally across the street.
