For those that did not know, Soph and I wrote each other private letters to read right before our wedding ceremony. In this specific moment, two things became very real and apparent. The first thing that overtook me was this realization of how much I truly love @sophiahillll and that it is impossible to describe with words that amount of love for another human being. I’m not typically an emotional person, but the thought of how thankful and how much I love Sophia brought so many emotions to expression. The second realization while reading this letter was that as much as I love Soph and Soph loves me, it will never compare to how much Jesus loves us... this picture of marriage is a picture of Christ and the church. A picture that I would lay down my life for the rest of my days for Soph, the same as Christ did for the church. Ephesians 5:25 “For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her”
