Wash rice. Drain. 2. Add all the tomato rice ingredients into the rice cooker bowl. Cook until it's ready 3. Meanwhile prepare the filling, combine corned beef and spring onions and set aside. 4. Once rice is ready, spread the rice into a baking sheet to facilitate cooling. 5. Once cooled, moisten palms with water. 6. Get a spoonful of tomato rice, flatten onto your palm, add corned beef filling and place a cheese cube in the middle. 7. Add another spoonful of rice on top and round the rice gently to seal. Make sure to press all sides to release all the trapped air 8. Put them on a plate and refrigerate for 3 hours or freeze for 1 hr. 9. Dip in into the egg egg mixture. 10. Roll into the panko. 11. Deep fry until golden.
