Our family loves making tostadas because you can top them with just about anything. Today, we topped ours with shrimp, mango, and our NEW Habanero Botana Sauce! This tropical combo's spice will enticeâyou might even make 'em twice. đâ â INGREDIENTSâ 1 Tbsp Avocado Oilâ 1lb Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveinedâ 4 cloves Garlic, mincedâ 1/2 packet Siete Chorizo Skillet Seasoningâ 2 Mangos, dicedâ 2 Avocados, slicedâ 1 Red onion, thinly slicedâ Siete Habanero Botana Sauce, as neededâ 1 can Siete Vegan Refried Black Beansâ 1 pack Siete Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillasâ â DIRECTIONS:â 1. Preheat your oven to 350F and place shrimp in a bowlâ .â 2. Stir minced garlic and half of the chorizo seasoning in with the shrimp to completely coat. place covered in the fridge until ready to cookâ .â 3. Bake almond flour tortillas on a lined baking for 12-14 minutes until lightly golden and crispâ .â 4. On medium-high, heat avocado oil in a cast iron skilletâ 5. SauteĚ seasoned shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until just opaque and cooked throughâ .â 6. Gently warm the refried black beans in the microwave or on the stoveâ .â 7. Spread the refried beans on top of the baked tostada in a thin layerâ .â 8. Top the beans with the cooked shrimp, diced mango, avocado slices and sliced red onionâ .â 9.
