Training Tip Tuesday: Schedule time to play with your equipment. Use easy or less structured rides to play with settings or equipment choices. Change one thing at a time and start with extreme values so you really notice the difference then dial it in. For example if you’re working with tire pressures start with high pressures and low pressures to experience the vast difference. Once you become in tune with your equipment you should be able to notice even 1 psi change. Understanding how to set up and manage my equipment was hugely important in my Whole Enchilada FKT attempt which drops tomorrow on the @competitivecyclist YouTube channel. Pull out the popcorn and get ready!
