Hopefully this post helps! 🤓 . This gent was conscious of a flat portion in his nasal bridge and wanted the tip lifted up slightly (drooping more pronounced on smiling) 📄 . We used MINT UP threads to help define, straighten and support the nasal bridge whilst using MINT TIP threads to give columellar support to help elevate and fix the tip 💪🏽 . Top: before images highlighting flat nasal bridge and exaggerated ptosis of the tip on smiling. Bottom: immediately after - images show the narrower, straighter and more-defined bridge. Side profile shows the elevation given to the tip even on smiling 📷 . Procedure time: 10 mins. Downtime: Nil. Anaesthetic: Lidocaine infiltration. Duration: Expected to last > 12 months.
