This "Weekly Wednesday" release comes from one of my all-time favorite rooms for solo piano, @oldchurchpdx in Portland, OR. It features the debut of my rendition of “Hurt” - an unbelievably powerful song that I loved bending into different forms to see how it fit my instrument. This was an early version and I love hearing how it evolved and settled by the time I recorded it again for the Living Room Sessions in 2020 (check it out on Spotify!).
