The first stage of recipe development for me is usually literally just an idea, often clumsily put together and pretty far from the final product, but you’ve got to start somewhere. Hake & Mushrooms version 2 will definitely have a mushroom broth instead of a sauce, then who knows where we’ll go from there 🤷🏾‍♂️.
