One of the best experiences I’ve ever had 🙏🏽🌎 It’s another world underwater. Knowing that I had to go that deep in one breath made me kind of nervous, but after the training and breathing exercises I was able to get every part of my body calm and relaxed🧘🏽‍♀️ Being underwater felt so incredible and peaceful!
