Martha Ubaldo-Martinez suffered an aneurysm on September 9th around 10:30 pm, causing her to be put into a medically induced coma. At Bridgeport Hospital, the family learned she had a stroke and multiple blood clots. On September 10th, she was transferred to Yale New Haven Hospital and has been there since. Her current condition is stable, but hospital bills are growing, and the family shouldn’t have to worry about that as well as her health and healing. She has fluttered her eyes, showing progress already. Doctors have informed the family it will be a long road ahead when she does wake up. She will also need an accessible apartment since their current one is upstairs. This money will go towards her hospital bills, physical therapy, cognitive therapy (if needed), and a new accessible apartment.
