#PhiladelphiaPartner A dessert for people who don’t do dessert if there ever was one: no baking, 5 ingredients, FESTIVE ENERGY, crunchy texture, and so much dairy. Inspired by the cover girl of Sweet Enough, here is a very perfect “almost cheesecake.” Blend 8oz of @phillycreamchs with 1/2 cup sour cream, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt till creamy and smooth (and it really does get so creamy and smooth 🥹) and layer in whatever charming glass, bowl, chalice, goblet, etc you have with crushed raspberries (sprinkled w sugar and lemon), and any very crunchy cookie of your choosing. It’s a cheesecake in parfait form and you should really make it the next time you only want a little bit of cheesecake.
