ADHD Journey - The beginning. Today I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD with @adhd360 and it’s been such an emotional day for me full of happiness because for years and years to the age of 29 I knew that something else was up and was struggling throughout my entire life, even in school I was always pointed out to be just “the naughty kid” it was a very hard journey for me to get diagnosed with gps just telling me I had anxiety or depression so I had to go private and this was genuinely the best thing I could have done for my health as now I can start to take the right treatment so I can start on my new chapter in life.
