And just like that... My summer sewing project has come to a close. I thrifted these jeans at the beginning of the summer and spent the last couple months creating the pattern for 4 different butterfly shapes using vintage and scrap fabrics that I hand sewed onto the jeans. The flower appliqués are cut from vintage handkerchiefs passed down to me from my great grandmother. And of course I had to make a matching pair for my momma🦋
