Life is testing us right now. We’re all feeling the impact on our nervous systems. The best remedy is connection and community, seeking out friends who restore your faith in love and empathy and humanity. We must hold hands together through all of this. Support one another. Show up. Sharing some moments lately with my friends and my boys that have helped me through these dark times. I couldn’t do it without you. Choosing gratitude, to see the light through the cracks, to count my blessings, and vibrate higher.
