I decided to challenge myself and do 75 Hard.
The Challenge:
- 2 workouts a day
- Drink a gallon of water a day
- Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book a day
- Stick to a diet, mine was hitting my protein goal everyday and no fried food or desserts.
75 days later, 150 workouts later, 75 gallons of water later, and 750 pages later, here were my results.
I know I’m not the biggest or strongest out there, but I am proud of the progress I was able to make.
With hard work and consistency, anything is really possible. If you stay focused and dedicated, a whole new world is unlocked. Find something that makes you happy and attack it each and every day.
