The new version of 100% Endurance featuring @eltonjohn on piano and vocals. We asked Elton if he fancied collaborating and his response, word for word was "Abso-fucking-lutely". What is going on? What an honour. We spent the day working together and getting to know each other and exploring where our songwriting could go. All culminating in a brand new recording with a new arrangement and new lyrics for verse 2. It also features a gorgeous string arrangement from our first ever collaborator @billryderjones and his conductor Ian Stephens, performed by the wonderful @parallaxorchestra at @metropolisstudios, London, as well as additional engineering from legendary producer and Jay's dad Russ Russell (@theofficialnapalmdeath, @dimmuborgir) at his Parlour Studios in Kettering and of course, this was all overseen by the producer behind The Overload, @alichant. Gimme some of that good stuff, that human spirit. Cut it with 💯% endurance.
