How I am prepping for LABOR: 1.Eating 3-4 medjool dates a day either as a snack or as a smoothie (combined with almond butter, choice of milk and bananas) 2.Drinking 2 cups of raspberry leaf tea a day 3.Lots of water + rest 4.A birthing ball has replaced my chair - bounce on it, hip circles, rotate back and forth to open those pelvic bone/muscles 5.Acupressure points 6.Tons of walking - curb walking to drop baby lower 7.Eating foods/fruits like pineapples, papaya and spicy foods! 8.Yoga stretches to keep pelvis loose (miles circuit 3 step method) 9.Drinking okra water daily What did I miss?
