Paired to go with the Eddie Bauer made A-8 insulated flight pants. Only made sense to contract the famous Eddie Bauer to deliver both garments. As with everything else we talk about, the originals were made within a short manufacturing period. Die hard collectors don’t settle for other suppliers or civilian editions. Oh, but if you’re going to get a repro, make sure it’s absurdly better. Especially in price. I hate to love Visvim, but here we are talking about another mud dyed parka offered in 3 different colors and patchwork iterations the past few years. Original construction like quilted lining, fur throat tab, and pocket array are kept. Personally prefer the U end rail Talon zips on the original over the military Riri M8s. End of the day it’s still a repro.
