If you have never had braised pork at Steep, you’re missing out. It was one of our OG dishes since we opened the door in 2019, a warm bed of rice, with Taiwanese Braised Pork that has been slowly braised with bean curd, shallots, hand-cut pork belly, and a lot more secret ingredients that is simply the taste of home. To make it one of a kind, we blended with some truffle goodness and shavings of “FRESH TRUFFLE” to complete this beautiful bowl.
