Made with bluefin tuna sashimi from our sister restaurant @sushinoznyc and osetra caviar, served with a vinaigrette made from citron, an ancient citrus fruit that is the genetic predecessor of the modern lemon. This refreshing small plate is available both in the dining room at Chez Fifi, and upstairs at Salon de Fifi à l’Etage.
