First-Time Customers + Skin Concerns Hi Laurel community! My name is Jess, I’m the Marketing Manager here at Laurel Skin. I’m very humbled to finally let you in on an exciting initiative I’ve been dedicated to since last year... Due to the vast array of products and information on our website, we frequently hear from overwhelmed first-time customers unsure of where they should begin! “Will Balance Serum or Unburden Serum be better for me?” “Do I really need an Elixir???” When I noticed this was a reoccurring (and sometimes stressful for the customer) situation, I knew I had to create something that eased the process. I had a vision of a more clear-cut, organized, and personalized way of exploring our line. I wanted customers to be able to come to our website, share what their skin was going through, and then receive an email with the best-suited products for them with ample information on their current skin. Thus, our personalized skin concern emails were born! We are now able to provide a more personalized and detailed experience for five different skin concerns: Congested / Acne / Blemish-Prone, Sun Damage / Hyperpigmentation, Dry / Dehydrated, Sensitive / Reactive, and Healthy Aging. When I tell you creating this took months of planning, collaboration, and energy from our team, I truly mean it! It feels as though everyone at Laurel Skin had a huge part in it - from Laurel, to Andrea (our Director of Sales), to Heather (our Director of Operations), and even our wonderful Customer Care team. I am so thankful for everyone who worked with me to make my vision come to life, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we created for you!
