Surprise! I was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Medal which was given out last weekend to community members and leaders from all sectors doing our part to fight for a more resilient Alberta and Calgary. It was so cool to be among the people I follow on the daily for advice and leadership. Made my parents very proud. Of course none of my community work would be possible without ~my community~ so thank you to all of you for your continuous support of our ideas! Grateful for this recognition.
