I built my guard up now over the years of things that have startled me 😆 TRY ME 🥊 Now I know to watch for sneezes, unexpected arm movement that might bump me, knocks on the door (I jump so easily!)... still getting used to the train horns when they go by the spa though 😂 One thing I’ve started doing recently is letting my clients know if they have to move their arms to scratch their face etc if they think they’ve got a few seconds break.. open their eyes FIRST to see where I am positioned..
