There are still so many emotions going through my head right now (I think I’m breathing a little more, lol), but thank you to the ones who believed in me even when I couldn’t. Last year, when I competed for Miss Conway/ Miss City Of Colleges, I placed 2nd Runner-up. My goal for this year was simply to trust myself in each phase of the competition. Winning my first preliminary pageant to Miss Arkansas was a task, but I couldn’t have done it without my team, family, and God. To the girls who are unsure about starting their first pageant: DO IT!!!! You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Trust yourself and believe you WILL do anything you set your mind to. Keep going even if they aren’t the results you want the first time. To the Miss Conway/ Miss City of Colleges preliminary organization, THANK YOU for entrusting me with this role.
