Cheering and noise on the ears and silence on the head. 70. A meter of light in the dark. My mind drawing the mountains I know well and we don’t see in the dark. Peuterey, Brouillard, Miage... trying to focus on the relax those mountains give me instead of the race. 80. Eat, eat and eat more. A ultratrail is a eating challenge while running and hiking on nice places. 100. Stars outside and darkness inside. Before Arnuva @walmsleyruns made his move, pushing hard. I doubt to follow. I do, the symptoms from Sierre Zinal came back more intense. This will be hard hard...I should slow down and find my pace to recover. 120. At that point I was sure to stop my race due to the muscle pain, I thought to get to Champex and quit there. Then @mathieu__blanchard passed me, I can follow him to Champex and I see...in the downhills my muscles suffer but I can follow... Mathieu changed my darkness to light. 130.
