Hip thrust 3 set/ 5-10reps
Dumbbell RDL 3 set/ 10 - 12 reps
Leg press (with feet high up) 3 set/ 10 reps slow
Glute Hyperextensions 2 reps/ 20 reps
Dumbbell swing 2 set/ 25 reps
