I am so proud of the team at @actorsequity for fighting for my rights as a performer on Broadway. We are negotiating our Production contracts right now for the work we get to do for all of YOU, here in the greatest city, in the greatest business. We're asking the @broadwayleague for better protections for our hard working (over-worked) UNDERSTUDIES & SWINGS, a better work-life balance with more HUMANE rehearsal and tech schedules, and SAFER, CLEANER WORK SPACES and THEATRES where we spend our time getting to entertain all of you beautiful people. These requests are not over-reaching and are imperative for the physical and mental health of ALL of our members and frankly, these issues have been disregarded for too long.
