I had the honor to give a keynote speech about diversity, inclusion and genderless lifestyle at the #TechAwardGala2022 by @wlounge.de at @waldorfastoriaberlin, organized and hosted by the fabulous @mali.m.baum and her great team. The theme was “WOMEN DRIVE INNOVATION” with Brigitte Mohn as the patron of the evening. She made an important statement, saying: “Open up - we have to combine the strengths in Europe and work together. We can’t afford to be quiet anymore and stand in the background. We have to stand up and drive innovation.” Innovation for me is not only driven by technology or the start-up scene but also in the way, we shape the industry and society towards a more inclusive mindset.
