A friend told me about being in a pitch meeting w/ #jenniferaniston - selling a movie idea to a bunch of studio execs, & doing a whole these-are-the-jokes-folks, entertaining, song & dance. The meeting went well, but Jen said, “We should have played that from a position of strength.” The power of that! (It so resonated with me, that I even taped it up above my desk as a reminder.
